Refund Policy
We require your product to be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original state. All packaging must be as delivered and undamaged. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is returned to us in a damaged or broken state.
Once approved for the refund on original purchase a credit will be applied to you in the same manner as your purchase was paid ie- credit card.
Return Shipping Costs
Once we receive your returned item in its original state and packaging your refund will have the original shipping cost deducted.
Sale Items
We do not issue a refund on sale items.
Exchanges
An exchange can be arranged on a defective or damaged item, however please be advised that it will be exchanged for the same originally purchased product.
